Privacy notice
This short notice explains how information sent through the CAVOK Pulse enquiry form is used.
Last updated: 31 August 2026
Information you submit
The enquiry form asks for your name, organisation or airfield, email address, and deployment interests. You may also choose to provide a telephone number, location, postcode and deployment notes.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information or details that are not needed for the enquiry.
Why it is used
The information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible CAVOK Node deployment, and keep an appropriate record of that conversation.
Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a general marketing list. If that changes, a separate and clear choice will be provided.
Storage and retention
Accepted enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. They are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain relevant business records, and meet any applicable obligations. Records that are no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.
Cloudflare processing and security
The site is delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare processes basic network and security information needed to serve the site, protect the form and operate the D1 database. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse.
This site does not currently use advertising trackers, non-essential analytics or a marketing cookie. Cloudflare's own processing is described in its privacy policy.
Contact and requests
To ask about information you previously submitted, or to request that it is corrected or deleted where appropriate, use the CAVOK Pulse enquiry form and explain the request in the notes field. Enough information may be needed to confirm the relevant record.
